Made of Dintex 

Dintex is a breathable water proof and wind resistant material perfect for the reany seasons. This fabric is comprised of 3 layers: The soft, matte right side of the fabric is strong and has the ability to stretch.  The middle layer blocks the wind entirely while still allowing the skin to breath (this layer is called DINTEX), and the lightweight mesh wrong side of the fabric is comfortable against the skin.
